"I should probably start by saying that I’m not someone who normally enjoys reading novels. So the fact that I finished Three Black Swans in less than five days speaks volumes.
I loved it!
For me, it had exactly the right mix of romance, technology, suspense, intrigue, humor, and just enough complexity to keep me engrossed. It was like a smart, fast-paced puzzle that kept me thinking without slowing me down.
The use of artificial intelligence was especially fascinating. It wasn’t simply dropped into the book because AI happens to be a hot topic. It became an integral part of the story and the characters, while raising some very interesting questions about where technology may be taking us.
The book also weaves together cybersecurity, health threats, law, advanced technology, and human relationships in a way that feels surprisingly believable. It’s entertaining throughout, sometimes downright funny, and at other times a little frightening because you can imagine parts of it actually happening.
Most important to me, it kept my attention. I wanted to know what was going to happen next.
For someone who rarely chooses to sit down with a novel, that may be the highest compliment I can give a book.
